Welcome to the Universal Privacy Policy of AIZU EX, operated legally by STRATA QUEST PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our", or "Company"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency in how data is handled across all our mobile applications and digital games.

This Privacy Policy applies universally to all mobile applications, games, software, and associated digital services published on the Google Play Store and other authorized distribution platforms under our Google Play Developer Account: AIZU EX (ID: 6140171521897044117).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any game or application developed or published by AIZU EX / STRATA QUEST PRIVATE LIMITED, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not install or use our apps and games.

Depending on the specific app or game you use, we and our authorized third-party service providers collect different types of information to deliver, maintain, and optimize gameplay and application functionality:

A. Automatically Collected Technical Data

  • Device model, manufacturer, and hardware specs
  • Operating system version (e.g., Android 12, 13, 14, 15)
  • Google Advertising ID (AAID) for ad mediation
  • IP address, country code, and coarse location
  • Language settings and time zone
  • Network type (Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G) and connection state

B. Gameplay & Analytics Data

  • In-game progression, level completions, and high scores
  • Session duration, launch timestamps, and feature interactions
  • Virtual item transactions and reward unlocks
  • Crash telemetry, ANR reports, and error stack traces
  • Performance diagnostics (frame rates, load latency)

C. Information You Directly Provide

If you contact our support desk via email (support@aizuex.com or teja@aizuex.com), we collect your name, email address, message contents, and any attachments provided solely to resolve your inquiry or technical bug report.

3. Device Permissions & System Access

Android Permissions

Our Android apps and games may request certain system permissions to operate as intended. We request only the minimum permissions necessary:

4. Advertising & Monetization Policy

Ad Networks

To offer free-to-play games and free utilities, we display third-party advertisements. These ad providers may collect pseudonymous identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) to deliver relevant or contextual advertisements.

  • Banner Ads: Displayed at the top or bottom of the screen.
  • Interstitial Ads: Full-screen ads shown between game stages.
  • Rewarded Video Ads: Optional ads users choose to watch for in-game perks.

How to Opt Out of Interest-Based Advertising:

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time through your Android device settings:

  1. Open your device Settings app.
  2. Navigate to Google > All services > Ads (or Privacy > Ads depending on Android OS version).
  3. Tap "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID" / toggle "Opt out of Ads Personalization".

6. In-App Purchases & Payment Security

Google Play Billing

Some of our games or applications offer optional In-App Purchases (IAP), such as virtual coins, extra levels, cosmetic items, or ad removal.

End-to-End Google Play Billing Protection

All financial transactions and in-app purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing. STRATA QUEST PRIVATE LIMITED / AIZU EX does NOT collect, process, or store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI credentials, or bank account details. All payment processing is governed by Google Play's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)

COPPA / Families Compliant

Protecting the privacy of young children is of paramount importance to us. We strictly adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K), and the Google Play Families Policy.

Our Commitments for Child-Directed Apps:

  • We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information (PII) from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area/UK).
  • In any game or app participating in the Google Play Designed for Families program, we use only certified Google Play Families-compliant ad networks that display strictly non-personalized, contextual advertisements.
  • We do not transmit precise geolocation, contact information, or persistent device identifiers for behavioral ad targeting for children.

If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at support@aizuex.com. We will promptly investigate and permanently delete such records from our databases.

8. Data Retention, Storage & Security Measures

We implement comprehensive technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration:
